Bird Rock Group was built on a simple belief: real growth needs both halves, practical solutions and the culture that makes them work.
Across years working with professional sports organizations, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses, we kept seeing the same pattern. Organizations had smart strategies, talented people, and real opportunity in front of them but the plans never quite took hold the way they should have. The missing piece usually wasn't the solution. It was the leadership, alignment, and accountability needed to carry that solution through.
That's why we started Bird Rock Group. We bring practical, hands-on solutions to the table and just as importantly, we build them alongside the culture and accountability that make those solutions actually stick, instead of becoming another plan that sits on a shelf.

Dustin has spent more than two decades helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen
leadership, build meaningful partnerships, and create sustainable business strategies across professional sports, entertainment, nonprofit organizations, and growth-stage businesses. His approach is grounded in the belief that the biggest obstacles to growth are rarely tactical — they're rooted in leadership alignment, organizational clarity, communication, and trust.
He works alongside founders and executive teams as a long-term strategic advisor, helping organizations align people, purpose, partnerships, and execution so they can grow with confidence.
