MLB REQUIREMENTS

  • MLB must approve all CBD brands and deal structures

  • CBD brands must be NSF Certified prior to the deal being finalized 

 

DEAL STRUCTURES

  • Depending on the team and market there will generally need to be a commitment of mid six-figures up to low seven-figures per team.

  • Some teams will only take on one CBD brand with a larger commitment while others are open to 2-3 different brands in the category at a lower commitment.

  • Most teams will only entertain partnerships on a multi-year deal.
