MLB must approve all CBD brands and deal structures
CBD brands must be NSF Certified prior to the deal being finalized
Depending on the team and market there will generally need to be a commitment of mid six-figures up to low seven-figures per team.
Some teams will only take on one CBD brand with a larger commitment while others are open to 2-3 different brands in the category at a lower commitment.
Most teams will only entertain partnerships on a multi-year deal.
